The Consultation
We take time to fully understand the personal requirements, design ideas and project aspirations of every client, providing inspiration or offering suggestions when called upon to do so and listening carefully to ensure that individual preferences and lifestyle practicalities are not overlooked. We are skilled in bringing the differing style preferences of individuals together and inspiring clients with ideas they may not have otherwise considered. This in-depth consultation process allows us to build a clear picture of your project goals and thorough understanding of your Design Brief.
Developing the Concept
Our Interpretation
Following the consultation we propose a way forward which best suits the individual project and client’s needs. With a clear design brief and a thorough understanding of factors such as time scale, budget, and any administrative requirements, our qualified design team will develop the concept; interpreting ideas and aspirations whilst ensuring that design proposals keep in mind personal preferences, lifestyle requirements and compliment the architecture. This is a very collaborative stage and we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.
The Finer Details
Design Development
Once our interpretation of the project brief has been approved, the team will progress on to design development and detail design. At this stage we present our comprehensive concept designs, consisting of floor plans demonstrating optional furniture layouts and mood board of electronic imagery showing suggested furniture and any bespoke joinery concepts. Clients are provided with various design options and an opportunity to review or fine tune details, providing flexibility and budget control to ensure their complete satisfaction with the overall design before any work begins.

Delivery & Installation
Our end-to-end project management service seamlessly handles schedules of works, liaison with trades and final installation. We have built up trusted, long-standing relationships with a number of considerate and respectful trades professionals including decorators, builders, carpenters, plumbers, tilers and electricians. We understand that the success of our projects lies not only with the end result, but also with your experience during the process. We take great pride in the level of customer service we provide and in ensuring that every project is delivered to the client’s complete satisfaction.
