Returns & Cancellations

 

In-Stock Items:

These terms of sale and the supply of the Goods is subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.

EU Under the EU Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), customers within the EU have the right to cancel an order with us, provided we are given written notice within 14 days of receipt. You must notify Customer Services via email: sales@paulagundryinteriors.co.uk to arrange your return.

 

Items Made To Order, Ordered on Request, Produced To Order, Printed To Order, Clearance Items & Ex-Display Items:

All our made to order products are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. Customers cannot exercise the right to return on Clearance or Ex-Display goods, or goods which have been ‘Produced to Order’, ‘Made to Order’, ‘Printed to Order’, ‘Ordered on Request,’ or “In Any Way Personalized” (art. 55 Legislative Decree 09/06/2005 n. 206).

Many of the items offered by Paula Gundry Interiors are individually produced to order and are therefore subject to these conditions. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customised especially for you. Reduced, Sale, Ex-Display and Clearance:
Ex-Display and clearance items have been on display in our showroom. These items are strictly sold as seen. You are not able to return or exchange Reduced, Sale-Price Ex-Display and Clearance items.

 

Curtains & Blinds:
We put a great deal of care and attention into making our curtains and blinds and want you to be happy with your purchases. Because our curtains and blinds are bespoke, made just for you, we can only take them back or exchange them if something’s wrong with them.
